GUN GAS BOMB BLASTER PROJECT, PRESENTED BY DEVENDRA AT SCIENCE EXHIBITION, PACIFIC UDAIPUR.
1. Introduction about model no.DEVS 150/d2 (Gun Gas Bomb Blaster)
Gun gas bomb blaster machine it is called so as it’s controlled by gas, in this machine four types of metals i.e. 1:Iron 2:Brass 3:Aluminium 4: Mild steel and wood are used, four types of chemicals a)Gun powder, b)Burning Coal, c) sulphur nitrate, d) sodium nitrate and two types of gases are used first is LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and second is R-134 (Cooling gas).
*LPG
Liquiedfied petroleum gas used for exert that blasting pressure to make a blasting enviroment.
*R-134
In emergency condition if temperature increase above 70 to 80 degree centigrade at that condition R-134 gas is released ,that gas doing working the gun system cool with in 2 to 5 seconds.
*.Main eight parts specifications of the machine(Gun Gas bomb blaster).
1. Pressure released cool valve :- this type of valve is used to released the cooling gas (R-134) in emergency condition.
2.Temperature digital meter:- Temperature dgital meter shows the internal temperature of the blasting system.
3.Burette Gun:- Burette gun is an one type of hole pipe which is used to control the pressure of LPG gas.
4.Laser light:- It is a red laser light, which is help to fix the target.
5.Free NRV Pin:- It’s an one type of air pin ,which works is to fill the requried air from atmosphere to the blasting machine.
6.Block-in, out system:- block-in out system is an one type of system which is fiting at the back side of the machine, it’s working is to stop the gun machine before blast.
7. Directional watch(Magnetic Niddle):- it’s show the location of the machine towards the,,north pole south pole,,,,,,west to east pole,,,,,,
8. Telescope:- it’s use to see the distance vision
2. Introduction about the designer-
My self devendra tanwar and I am from (Mehandi nagri)sojat city (dist) Pali,, Rajastha. pursuing diploma in mechanical engineering from pacific university, udaipur (Raj).
It took 3 months for me to develop this machine, The first live demo was conducted in Sojat city dist: pali in the presence of online cialis to buy chairman of sojat city Mr.Mohan lal tak, Varjis thormas and the people in the function appreciated this project.
3. Future of the project
That machine(Gun Gas bomb blaster) can be used as general gun …. and I am continuously modifying this project with latest specifications so that it could be used in Indian Army.
Presently I am also working on some other machines like metal filtration and diamond cutter.
