With a view to promote & encourage students GYAN RAMAN CHARITABLE TRUST (CIT, Abu Road) is conducting a MATHS OLYMPIAD – 2016. The basic aim is to promote the students to learn and understand the importance of mathematics and also to encourage students by providing a platform to students of good mathematical skills. The trust through this endeavor will also provide scholarships to students at its institute CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, ABU ROAD to pursue B.Tech in any of its branches.
To felicitate the students, this trust has decided to conduct a MATHS OLYMPIAD for SESSION 2016-17 on SUNDAY, 01st MAY, 2016 between 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM. The speciality of this Olympiad is that every student who will register himself / herself will be eligible for at least 10% Fee weaver in his/her B.Tech all 04 years Tuition Fee in Chartered Institute of Technology, Abu Road (Mount Abu). Apart from this the top 4 winners will be awarded the below mentioned prizes. The Test Venues will be Abu Road, Sirohi, Sheoganj, Swaroopganj, Pindwara, Bali, Jalore, Sanchore, Malwara, Bhinmal & Takhatgarh. Eligibility for this Exam:
I. Students of 11th & 12th Science & who have passed or appeared for 12th Science (Maths) / Diploma Final Year Exam will be eligible for this exam.
II. Students have to bring their 12th Science (Maths) / Diploma Final Year Exam Hall ticket along with the admit card sent on your mail for appearing this exam.
III. Students registering on phone will be provided admit card at the exam center only on display of their 12th Science (Maths) / Diploma Final Year Exam Hall ticket.
Awards:
I. Prizes will be separately given for every Exam Centre i.e. Abu Road, Sirohi, Sheoganj, Swaroopganj, Pindwara, Bali, Jalore, Sanchore, Malwara, Bhinmal & Takhatgarh.
II. Prizes will be as follows:
1st Position 100% FEE WAIVER & Cash Prize Rs. 7,500/-
2nd Position 50% FEE WAIVER & Cash Prize Rs. 5,000/-
3rd Position 25% FEE WAIVER & Cash Prize Rs. 2,500/-
III. The Result will be declared within 07 days of conduction of this exam and list of students who will be awarded these prizes will be uploaded on CIT college official website i.e. www.citabu.ac.in.
IV. After the declaration of Result and announcement of above mentioned prizes, all eligible students will have to report to CIT CAMPUS within 7 days for confirming and receipt of their prizes by filling the admission form and depositing the required documents. In case of no show the prize will be awarded to the next deserving candidate.
