Entire night the heavens rumbled

With fury they all grumbled

With it in the torrential rains

Every soul humbled

Hidden in the dark

Spread by the betrayal of electricity

Lighted only by the fury of lightning

Only the wise old trees celebrated

With cenotaphs

Peopled by shadows and sounds

Celebrating their silence

In that tumultuous fair!
